Architecture

Moore Park is one of Toronto’s oldest neighbourhoods, with the majority of the homes built in the early 1900s. The homes built during this period fall into the styles of Tudor, Georgian and English Cottage. These homes sit on large lots with mature trees lining the properties and streets.

Moore Park is not exclusively historic homes, however. There are a fair number of townhouses that were built in the 1970s and 1980s, as well as newer duplex and multiplex homes. One thing to keep in mind is that many houses in this neighbourhood have shared rather than private driveways, although the streets are so quiet that parking is never a problem.
