First of all, we want to thank you ALL for the great job you did in the sale of our home, the endless hours of finding us a condo for a couple of years and the sale of my late parents’ condo at Avoca. The condo/co-op at Avoca was a chore in itself, as there were a number of units on the market when we decided to sell and the unit our family was selling needed some work. Nevertheless, Elli and her team came through with flying colours.
